Inkie Tester Programme - Terms and Conditions

By signing up to test Inkie using the free access code provided, you agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Use

Your access to Inkie includes full use of the platform for 3 months at no cost. This access is subject to our usual Inkie Terms and Conditions, including fair use, acceptable conduct, and data entry policies.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in this tester programme is entirely voluntary. You can withdraw at any time, and may request that your data be deleted or excluded from the study without giving a reason.

3. No Payment or Commercial Agreement

This is an unpaid research trial. No financial transaction is taking place, and signing up does not constitute a commercial agreement between you and Inkie.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 or over and based in the UK. By joining, you confirm that you meet this eligibility.

5. Data Privacy and Access

  • None of the information you enter into the Inkie platform will be shared with third parties.

  • We will only access your Inkie account if you ask us for help and explicitly give us permission.

  • Responses to feedback forms will be anonymised before anything is published.

  • Only directors of Inkie and Joyfully Different will be able to view which responses are linked to which email addresses.

  • If this is an issue, please contact us and we’ll offer an alternative route.

6. Intended Use of Data

Your answers will help us understand how neurodiversity and dyslexia impact the experience of starting and marketing a business. The anonymised data will be used to publish a report aimed at improving access, support, and tools for founders who are often overlooked.

7. Platform Liability

Inkie is offered “as-is” during this testing period. While we will aim to provide support if needed, we cannot be held liable for any data loss, missed deadlines, or other consequences that arise from using the platform during the trial.
