What’s a Business Surgery?
It’s not a workshop, and it’s not a webinar. It’s a friendly, live session where you can ask questions, talk through challenges, and get practical advice — either from us, or from one of our occasional guest advisors.​

There’s no pressure to speak if you don’t want to. Cameras are optional — but we do love to see your faces.
