Request Deletion of Your Inkie Data

If you’ve used Inkie through Facebook or Instagram and would like to request deletion of your data, you can do so at any time.

We take your privacy seriously and only store the information needed to deliver content through the Inkie platform. If you no longer wish to use Inkie, we’ll permanently delete your data upon request.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you’ve removed the Inkie app from your Facebook or Instagram account, Facebook will automatically notify us of your request.

We will then:

• Locate any data connected to your app-scoped user ID

• Permanently delete all relevant data from our system

• Respond with confirmation via our secure callback system

Please include the subject line: Data Deletion Request and your connected email address or Facebook Page name.

 

Confirmation and Status

If your deletion request came via Facebook, you’ll receive a confirmation code and a link to check the status. If you emailed us directly, we’ll confirm via email once deletion is complete.
