Terms & Conditions

​1. Promoter
This competition (“Competition”) is organised and operated by Inkie Ltd (“Inkie”, “we”, “us”, “our”),

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18+ worldwide (void where prohibited by law).

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Inkie are not eligible.

  • Only one entry per person. Multiple accounts or bots will lead to disqualification.

 

3. How to Enter

  • Play the Space Ink-Vaders game during the competition period (see Section 4).

  • Submit a valid email address when prompted to record your score.

  • By entering you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

  • Marketing emails are optional. You can choose whether to opt in.

4. Competition Period

  • Starts: 00:00 1st October 2025 BST

  • Ends: 11:59 31st October 2025 GMT
    Entries or scores submitted after the deadline will not be counted.

 

5. Scoring & Winner Selection

  • The highest single score on the Space Ink-Vaders leaderboard during the Competition Period wins.

  • In the event of a tie, the earliest submitted high score (timestamped by our system) will be deemed the winner.

  • Our decision on scoring and winner verification is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Prize

  • The winner will receive a custom Space Ink-Vaders game level designed with their name, brand, or company theme (subject to our creative guidelines — no offensive or infringing content).

  • No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

  • We may ask for reasonable assets (logo, brand colours, etc.) to design the custom level.

 

7. Notification of Winner

  • The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition ending.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we may award the prize to the next highest score.

 

8. Fair Play

  • Cheating, hacking, score manipulation, or automated play will result in disqualification.

  • We reserve the right to audit scores and request proof of fair play.

 

9. Marketing & Privacy

  • Personal data (e.g. email) will be used to run the Competition and contact winners.

  • Marketing emails will only be sent if you opted in.

  • Data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Liability

  • Inkie accepts no responsibility for technical failures or issues outside our reasonable control that affect entry or scoring.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

 

11. Changes & Cancellation

  • We may cancel or amend the Competition if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. Any changes will be posted on the competition page.

 

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts (unless mandatory local laws apply).
