Hayley King is the founder of Cianna's Smile, a registered UK charity dedicated to supporting children, young adults and families impacted by sickle cell, while raising awareness, improving education and advocating for better support and healthcare outcomes. Inspired by her daughter Cianna, Hayley established the organisation with a passion for creating positive change, reducing isolation and empowering familiesimpacted by the condition. Through her leadership, Cianna’s Smile has grown into a recognised community organisation delivering family support programmes, youth initiatives, educational resources, awareness campaigns, creative projects and advocacy work across the UK. Hayley is deeply committed to ensuring that the voices and lived experiences of those impacted by sickle cell are heard and valued. Alongside her charitable work, Hayley is also the founder of Luna Ciata, a luxury events brand created to inspire and empower women through meaningful experiences, connection and personal growth. Built around the belief that investing in yourself matters, Luna Ciatae curates elegant experiences designed to encourage women to prioritise their wellbeing, ambitions, confidence and lifestyle while connecting with like-minded individuals in inspiring spaces.
